Aion Riftshade

Hi there, Today I faced a server issue that caused lag and accidentally led to smashing my skin weapon. Instead of receiving Sauro stone weapons, I got x8 L96 stones. Is there any way to get back my weapon that I mistakenly deleted?

The weapon I had: Remodeled Danuar Cipher-Blade + Discordant Ciphe.

The Key was +5 with Mb stones +25 and +30 on Ancient manastone:

Proof that I had a skin to KEY it (This was a present from the player: Selansi. if necessary)

From this I obtained x8, L96 Stones.

Greetings, I will inform the administration about your problem, but I can't really see what the server lag is related to you destroying your weapon.

Hi, let me try to explain what happened ... So, one day, we all know the server struggles with its operation. I was attempting to switch my weapon, and it took a while because I was curious about how the Sauro skin fits on Aethertech. Simultaneously, I was on the lookout for the EOB instance entrance, and it slipped my mind that I might've swapped weapons. While thinking I was transforming the Sauro Key, I accidentally converted my primary key into Ancient Coins. I only realized this mistake after entering the instances and attempting to access Tech, only to find not my skin and 8 stones in my eq ;/

Sorry about my English, but I'm trying my best <3. Oh, by the way, over on the Aion Riftshade private server where I'm beta testing, these kinds of slip-ups wouldn't be a concern. The server runs super smooth, without the lag issues, allowing us to truly enjoy Aion 4.8 to its fullest. Can't wait for its big launch in Q1 2026!
