Hi! I accidentally bought Boost EXP Pack (3 Days) for my main char (that doesn't need levelling).

I bought another one for my twin, but still, is it possible to restore coins for the wrong one?

We can process the refund for this, just stick to the following steps: 

Get rid of the incorrect item and take a screenshot. The screenshot must show your character nickname, the ranking of EVERY player or legion (abyss ranking list, NOT your own ranking), as well as the server time (hover your mouse over the little moon/sun icon near the navigating map). The chat in the screenshot has to say: "You have discarded [the item]". 

 

To complete the refund, we'll also need your account name.
