I have the following problem, the quest "Alliance - Beyond the Depths" is not displayed at the NPC
All Pre-Quests have already been completed as can be seen in the Screenshots.

Hello,
Seems like the quest is given by another NPC. Otur is mentioned in the quest as the intermediate npc to talk to.

Then I need a tip on where to continue with the quest series. I was with his brother (npc name = BRIF) and he doesn't have a quest either. Unfortunately I can't find any further solution on the internet

Try using english localization, sometimes quests have bugs related to troubles with L10N files
