Asmo Quest "Bergdorf Baltasar" BUG

Hello, its seems that all Quest are bugged (45-46). I am Level 45 take the Quest´s at "Bergdorf Baltasar". I finished them but I can't give them up to NPC.

For example Quest "Amoklauf der Fleischfresser" , "Mission des Untoten-Säuberungstrupps", "Hasskäfer"....

So I can not make any XP now. Can anyone help?

Bug No.2 I Can't give up the Kampagne to the NPC. Not nice!
