when i try to alt tab game, it doesnt want to open back, i just have black screen. also in game i cant change my options. reinstall doesnt help pls help meee

If you're play on Full Screen mode, that will happen. You need Windowed mode (borderless if you don't want borders) to tab out of the game.

Please, try to remove the following files from the game folder system.cfg, SystemOptionGraphics.cfg. and start the game.
