• 1. Proof of any donations. PayPal transaction IDs, screenshots, bank payment statements, or any other evidence of donations made on the account.
• 2. Screenshots or video clips of gameplay on the account, ideally showing characters at level 65 and UNDER. 
• 3. A list of all character names associated with the account.
• 4. The account's login ID.
• 5. The original and most recent email addresses linked to the account.
• 6. If you recall, the date the account was originally created.
