If you bought something within the last 24 hours and it's not what you wanted, you can swap it, get a refund, or have it restored.
Here's what you need to do:
Throw the wrong item away and take a screenshot showing:
- your character's name,
- abyss ranking list of EVERY player or legion (not just your own ranking),
- server time (hover your cursor over the small moon/sun icon by the map),
- chat log must show: "You have discarded [the item]." (system chat).
IT HAS TO BE A SINGLE SCREENSHOT! DON'T EDIT IT!
We will also need your character's name.
