Aion Riftshade

Ever since I've started playing here and initially set my sound settings I'm having this issue where, no matter how many times I change it and when I change it, my UI sound settings (for quest ping sounds and such) will always switch to 0% once i close and restart my client. I've tried pretty much everything to keep them up but alas, nothing seems to work.

Is there anything I'm missing or why does your client not save option changes for sound settings?

Try to check the folder properties, there shouldn't be checkmark on the attribute "read only" 

I already checked if that was the issue but it is not set to 'read only'.
