Aion Riftshade

Hello and good morning! I'm currently playing on the Euroaion server from Brazil, and due to the significant distance, my ping tends to be quite elevated. To handle this, I’ve been using Pingzapper as a ping reducer. Up until a few days ago, it was functioning perfectly, but today when I tried, it's showing connectivity errors like "cannot connect to server" or sometimes even "Error when starting." 

I’m wondering if there is an issue with using a ping reducer on Euroaion or whether something else might be causing this disruption. Hoping for some insight soon.
