The Problem is "this program is unavailable in your country"

I downloaded a game by torrent and when i try run the game this problem occured . I dont know what to do, someone help me?

Turn off your anti virus and windows defender. then delete the folders /L10N, bin32, bin64 and all the files in the game folder (only files, not folders). Check the game with the launcher.

There's no need for a full game download. To fix it, disable antivirus and Windows Defender first, then remove the folders bin32, bin64, l10n, and any files outside of folders within the game directory. Update the game afterward. Just removing files might leave the game nonfunctional. 

It seems some files got blocked during the download, and the method above is how you can correct it.

You didn't provide the path to the existing game, so it started downloading it fully. You can do that in the game settings.
