The Problem is "this program is unavailable in your country"

I downloaded a game by torrent and when i try run the game this problem occured . I dont know what to do, someone help me?

Turn off your anti virus and windows defender. then delete the folders /L10N, bin32, bin64 and all the files in the game folder (only files, not folders). Check the game with the launcher. 

I cant check the game  only: update,play. registration

You are not going to download the full game. In order to fix the problem you must turn off the anti virus + windows defender, delete folders bin 32, bin64 and l10n, plus all the files outside any folders in the game directory. And then update the game. If you will only remove files and folders, the game won't work at all. 

Something has blocked some of the files when the game was downloading and the only way to get the right files is this one.

You didn't provide the path to the existing game, so it started downloading it fully. You can do that in the game settings.

Did you turn off the anti virus/ windows defender before updating and starting the game?
