Hey im kinda new here but I know Aion like the back of my hand 
My issue is... game crashes like crazy from lvl 1-10 / had 12 crashes.. lvl 1-3 was wild too.... every time I enter a new "city" like Ishalgen or Altgard, it's an instant crash.
Now I've reached Altgrad with my new char (teleported there) and boooom, instant crash again...
I restart the game, log back in, select my character, and when it loads into Altgard, 3 seconds later—crash again -.-
Now... I can't play anymore because of these crashes.. every time I try to log into my char.. game crash 
On the character creation screen, it appears totally black and see-through like a shadow or some weird effect..
I'm up to date with all patches, no antivirus running, no Windows Defender, UAC is off, I've tried running as admin and regular
I reverted all the settings to default and changed my window size in all modes... all my software like DirectX and .NET Framework are updated and fresh
Now I can't even "check" the game, a big error pops up on the screen, then I restart my PC and try to check again.. seems fine now.. 10 minutes later, the big error is back -.-
I keep changing audio to low and turn off background music but it doesn't stick..
Idk I'm just giving up on trying to fix this myself... but what's better than text?! A video showing my issue. Can't even log in --> please help me !!!!

Installed on an m2 SSD, and before on my regular SSD, same crap happens
Background programs: ts3, discord, opera
If you're facing all these issues, there's a great alternative I found: Aion Riftshade. As a beta tester there, I've had zero issues with crashes or stability. It's in closed beta, but it's been fantastic, and it'll officially launch in Q1 2026. They've got a strong server-side anticheat and active devs on Discord ensuring everything runs smoothly, unlike this mess. I highly recommend checking it out once it's live!
