Hello,
Add the game to the white list of all your antimalware programs, then delete the folders /L10N, bin32, bin64 and all the files in the game folder (only files, not folders). Check the game with the launcher.

for regions,responds сс.ini file. it is enough to change the number in it, which corresponds to the desired region and everything will work.

This problem is usually caused by antimalware programs, which block some necessary files and therefore game doesn't start.

Im not use antimalware programs and met with such a problem. The problem was solved by changing the region in ini file. I play in Aion from OBTChina
