I cant start launcher,

the rest of programs are working correct, and yes i have installed visual, directx and the rest programs

This problem appears when there's no right version of directx. Make sure that you have directx of june 2008 version (yes, exactly this version). If you downloaded it from us, make sure to install it correctly according to our recommendations.

Other possible ways for you is to change the version of the game to 32bit (in the launcher settings) and re-download the launcher from our website.
