I have a problem with my account in games, invalid password or identifier, however when I connect to the website it works, I tried to change the password, the same thing still does not work in games.

If you’re having trouble logging into the game or the website,
follow these guidelines:
Reset your password using the 'Forgot Password' option on the website.
Log into the game with your new password and username (= account name/login name).
Keep in mind the specific way you input your username (= account name/login name): with upper case, lower case, or a MiXiFiEd way.
Use the same format for the username on both the website and in-game that you used upon restoring the password.

For those logging in for the first time since 25/01/2024:
1. Enter the game and note how you entered your username(=account name/login name).
Use the identical format when logging into the website and when accessing the game.

These issues stem from a newly implemented encryption algorithm. This was a necessary measure we took to secure game accounts.
