I have a problem with my account in games, invalid password or identifier, however when I connect to the website it works, I tried to change the password, the same thing still does not work in games.

In case you got problems with logging in to the game and/or website,
Follow the instructions:
Restore the password on the website (with 'Forgot password').
Enter the game with the new passowrd and username (= account name/ login name).
Remember the way you type your username (= account name/ login name): with upper or lower case or AnOthEr WaY.
Use the username on the website and in game in the same format (upper/lower case) that you used to access the game after the password restore.

If you're going to log in for the first time since 25/01/2024:
1.Enter the game and remember how you typed the username(=account name/ login name)
Use the same format to log in on the website and to enter the game.

The reason for such problems - new encryption algorythm. This is a compelled step that we took to reinforce the game accounts.
