hello its been years since i put a topic 
anyway i got that when i open the launcher i can even check files cuz it pops off first any solution pls

Could you install Direct X there's a forum topic below just open it and install the program.

the game isn't running in the background or anything.
It is probably due to new graphics cards.RTX 3090 with latest driver game wont open at all without any error. New Windows 11 updated also rolled out. all measures like antivirus disabled, started with admin, I have Windows 11, windows 10 does not work so old windows mode windows 7 ect. does not work. no measure shows effect
