Hi, how do I retrieve my account's name? I stopped to play 3 years ago on this server, I can login to the forum, I can ask a new password, but the email doesn't tell me my username...
I tried to create a new account, but 2 of my emails have been already used.

The accounts used for the game and the forum are different.
Please, provide the following info to our email [email protected] from the email LINKED TO THE ACCOUNT:
-possible login(s)
-list of all characters on the account with their names, classes and levels;
-donation bills if there were any;
-screenshots of level 65 and under;
-date when the account was created
-date you last logged into your account.
