When I try to start up the game, I get this error message, the same as in the picture below. Some mates who use ping reduction tools ran into this problem too. One managed to sidestep it by altering all the settings in their tool; they use Exitlag, whereas my choice, Battleping, doesn't allow such adjustments. Another friend went through a Netherlands server to resolve it, which also works for me, but I live in a different place, so it's not the best fix.
TL:DR: Battleping's servers seem incompatible, especially the ones ideal for Eastern European players. Anyone got a workaround or fix for this?
I've been exploring new options and recently started testing on the Aion Riftshade private server, launching in Q1 2026. Their server is hosted in Frankfurt, offering the lowest pings across Europe without needing ping reducers like Exitlag. Might be the best move for anyone facing similar issues.
