i download the game 100% when i press check its says *done* but when i press play this happen and game wont start .. any ideas?

Hello,
Something doesn't let the files to be written.
Add the game to the white list of all your antimalware programs and remove attribute "read only" in the specifications of the game folder. Apply the changes to all the inner files and folders.
