Aion Riftshade

hey everyone! i'm trying to download the game client for the first time. the install seems good, but when I hit "play," problems start popping up.

i tried using the "check" tool, got the client again, and even restarted using a VPN as someone recommended. turned off my firewall and antivirus, cleared any logs, but still stuck. any tips would be awesome.

I am having the same problem. The only difference is that my game has been installed for over a year, and this is the first time this has happened. I sent in a ticket on EuroAion discord. So far, no response. Is this a widespread issue? And is there a fix for this?

I fixed it by downloading a new launcher

I've tried to download it again twice already but I had no luck. I'm going to try to donwload it from torrent but I doubt it will have any effects  

a) Add the game to the white list of all your antimalware programs inclusind Windows defender and in firewall.
b) Right ckick on the game folder -> Properties -> Remove the checkmark from the attribute "read only" -> OK. Start the launcher.

for some strange reason I cannot remove from any computer's folder "read only" status even if I'm administrator. I guess the problem is mine anyway -.- 

does it mean it's still "read only"?

Same problem. 86 missed files. Yesterday i had luggs in game. I went out and saw this messege. i made all that was written. added everywhere. Deleted that files and downloaded from torrent. Nothing helps. I really have no idea now, what shall i do?
