I removed the file and reboot my PC and checked with the launcher started again but i got the same error message 
What can i do right now ?

Hello
1. Close game and launcher.
2. Add the game to the white list of all your antimalware programs inclusind Windows defender and in firewall. Reboot the PC and start the launcher.
3. Right ckick on the game folder -> Properties -> Remove the checkmark from the attribute "read only" -> OK. Start the launcher.

hello , it works right now ! I just had to redownload the launcher
