Error when preparing x64 game! 5

Hey! Im new at this server. I left Aion GF to NA long time ago. the nostalgia came back to me, the old maps and version of this game (4.x). I found this server and just today downloaded the game but when i try to enter for the first time, the client sends this error. "Error when preparing x64 game! 5" .
What can i do?

If it's your first time joining the game you should give a look at this post ->

This might solve all your technical issues with Aion, install all the programs but if after all of this the problem persists could you contact me?

Hi!. I already read the post, and there is nothing about my problem, but I will try some other solution. 
Also now the client says "Connection lost, reconnecting..." and stays there...

Sorry for the spam. I deactivated the antivirus for 15 minutes and it worked. Also i did the check before. Thanks
