this is the game error I get

Hello,
Add the game to the exceptions of all antimalware programs. Then Delete the folders /L10N, bin32, bin64 and all the files in the game folder (only files, not folders). Check the game with the launcher.

Hello, thanks for the advice but I deleted it and reinstall it, now I got another issue, it says "this program is unavailable in your country", what am I doing wrong
