i got this issue by triying to start the Client, with Adminstrator same issue

Hello,
So, you need to follow the upper error suggestion. Patch guard is somehow turned off, which doesn't let the game to start. You need to reinstall OS.

I do have the same problem right now, could it be because of the w10 2004 may update?

Press WIN+R, type msconfig - hit enter
Navigate to the Boot tab and select Windows 10.
If no boot options are present, reinstalling Windows is the only method to resolve the issue.
