i got this issue by triying to start the Client, with Adminstrator same issue

Hello,
So, you need to follow the upper error suggestion. Patch guard is somehow turned off, which doesn't let the game to start. You need to reinstall OS.

I do have the same problem right now, could it be because of the w10 2004 may update?

Hello,
You have OS with settings or it is installed from some build with strange parameters.
Possible fix of the issue:
Press WIN+R, enter msconfig - enter
Go to the Boot tab and choose windows 10.
If you don't have any boot variants in there, the only way to fix the problem is to reinstall windows.
