Aion Riftshade

Hello, has anyone experienced Error Code: 11? I've tried finding what it means but no success so far. Im using pretty crappy internet, with some restrictions, so im guessing it's the main reason but if i can find out what "error code: 11" stands for, maybe i can resolve it. Thanks!
