As mentioned in the title.

I opened the surveys you receive when creating a character and initially got all the lucky vinna, but the booster packs and the 7-day mount disappeared into thin air. Can I somehow receive those back?

If you're talking about bonuses for new players:

1) they disappear if you don't take them for a while
2) they are only available for the 1st character on the account.

I believe it was the first character bonus as my friends and I just started playing a couple days ago. I immediately opened it upon receiving the survey (like, a few seconds later). Kinda bummeed out I don't have a mount right now as opposed to all my friends that started with me.
