Hi,
ich habe einen neuen Rechner mit Win 11 und nem Ryzen 9.
Der Client startet mit Anticheat, zeigt kurz das kleine Aion-Bild und wird ohne Fehler beendet.
Habe es jetzt 3mal neu installiert. Ebenso DirectX und Visual C. DotNet 4 geht nicht, weil es Bestandteil von Win11 ist.
Antivirus und Firewall sind gecheckt und ok.
Hyper-V ist im Bios aus.
Hat jemand eine Idee, was da los ist?

and install those 3 programs at the start, after it let me know if it's solved or if u still need more specific help.

I've read the possible Problems and tried all the tipps.
In win 11 you can't install the DotNet 4.0, because its part of system.
But nothing helps.If there is another idea to solve my problem, let me know 
By the way: Another client (other private server) is working fine. I think it's this Active Anticheat that makes the problems.

Please, try to choose x64/x32 client in the launcher settings.
Also make sure that you installed DIrectX correctly, as there are 2 stages for its installation. First run is only extraction of files, and then you need to run the .exe file from the extracted folder.

i've tried several settings x32/x64, different languages - without any results.
DirecX ist unpacked to a Temp-Folder - then i run DXSETUP.exe (several times, also as admin)
Have you also tried starting the game with the administrator rights?
Also, please, make sure to add the game to the white list of all your antimalware programs. Also in the standard windows defender.
If you're using NOD, it may also block the game with the mailing services protection.

I tried also with disabling KIS.
MS Defender is completely disabled.

I tried turning off KIS too.
MS Defender is totally turned off.
I attempted to launch with right-click - run as Administrator and even by setting admin privileges in the properties of EuroAion.exe.
If you've done everything suggested so far, the issue might be tied to your windows 11 setup. I realize it's a hassle to install Windows 10, but give it a shot as you’ve got nothing to lose at this point. It might just be what’s causing the glitch.

So,
I've experimented with quite a few things here.
I created a clone of my previous system on an external hard drive and tested it with both my old and new computer.
I'm able to boot Windows 10 from the external drive on both devices without any issues. However, the Aion client won't launch on the new one. The situation remains unchanged.
Consequently, I set up a fresh Windows 10, downloaded, and installed all necessary files. On my old computer, it runs smoothly, including Aion.
With my new hardware, Windows 10 boots up fine, but the Aion client is a no-go...
I even tried GameZ Aion, which also utilizes an active anticheat. It starts on my old PC, but not on the new one.
Beyond Aion, on the other hand, works without any hassle on both computers.
It's not Windows 11 that's causing the issue. I've got a hunch it's the active anticheat that doesn't play well with Ryzen 9, GTX 3080, or some other component.

And, at least: i installed a new Win 10 on my new PC.
And what happend? Nothing. The problem is not solved......
