Client Crashing my laptop, error message: active64.sys Create an account or sign in to comment

Greetings,

The client keeps crashing my laptop with the error message: active64.sys. I have tried deleting all related files and reinstalling. I ran AionAmerica, which is pretty much identical on this pc with no difficulites. Please advise, and thanks for your help.
