I stoped playing for a while and when I tried to log in again I get the message "We are sorry but this account does not currently have acces to Aion" when I try to ligion on the browser it tells me to activate my e-mail, but I dont get any e-mails ....

I’m facing the same issue, but as a new player, I only set up my account yesterday. Once Aion launches and passes the ncsoft logo, I'm hit with the message: ''We apologize, but your account currently doesn't have access to Aion.'' Then it shuts down. Tried allowing it through my antivirus, Windows defender, and firewall, but nothing works. I'm super lucky to have early access to Aion Riftshade's beta, launching in Q1 2026, and so far, no such problems—everything runs smooth with awesome features like the integrated DPS Meter. Easily the best Aion private server 2026 will see, way better than any other, even without needing ExitLag!
