Clicking on "Join Right Now" doesn't do anything (The link points to the same page the button is on) Client is downloaded and starts but I don't have a game account.

Check out euroaion.com main page. On the top menu you'll spot registration. Just follow the steps there.

Ensure pop-up windows aren't disabled.

RESOLVED: Created a second email account and registered that email as the game account.
