Clicking on "Join Right Now" doesn't do anything (The link points to the same page the button is on) Client is downloaded and starts but I don't have a game account.

Please, go to the main page euroaion.com. In the upper menu you will find registration. Then follow the instructions.
This is the link to the registration: https://euroaion.com/en-US/Home/GRegister
Make sure that pop-up windows aren't blocked.

RESOLVED: Created a second email account and registered that email as the game account.
