Проблема с ВПН

Доброго времени суток. Обновился до 10 винды и столкнулся с такой проблемой. Пользуюсь сервисом ВПН-Гейм, и через этот сервис не могу подключиться к вашему серверу. Написал в тех поодержу впн, там ответили что вы блочите их сервис. Серьезно? Сначало призываете пользоваться впн, а потом блочите эти сервисы? Как играть то тогда с таким пингом?
