Здравствуйте

У вас изменены настройки ОС или она установлена с какой-то сборки, с непонятными параметрами.

Возможное решение проблемы:

Нажать комбинацию клавиш WINDOWS + R, ввести msconfg - Enter

Выбираем Windows 10

Если в этом окне у вас нет вариантов загрузки - поможет только переустановка системы на чистую.
