Не работает boost exp пакет

Всем привет!

Насколько я понимаю эффект отдыха +100% и boost exp пакет должны дать рейты х3 на выходе, верно? Если так, то у меня пакет не работает, а если нет - то что дает boost exp пакет, только общий запас и скорость восстановления эффекта отдыха?

Добрый день!

Boost EXP Pack
При наличии эффекта отдыха вы получаете +100% дополнительного опыта с мобов и квестов.
Скорость восстановления энергии отдыха увеличена в 2 раза.
Общее количество энергии отдыха увеличено в 2 раза.
Накладывает на игрока измененный баф энергии отдыха.

Без активации Boost Exp вы не будете получать 100% дополнительного опыта с эффекта отдыха.
