Клиент не скачивается

Скачал клиент игры, перепроверил его, нажимаю кнопку "играть" происходит проверка клиента и на 2.65гб из 2.80 начинается загруза и моментально выбивает "подключение соединения, переподключаемся" антивирусы и браундемер отключал, интернет проверял. помогите пожалуйста
