Доброго времни суток. Я получил бан использование чит програм, АХК. Можно ли как разжаловать выдочу бана от бесрочного до бана на неделю?

Я понимаю что не знание правил не освобождает от отвествености. НО мне нравиться этот проэкт И хотел бы дальше играть но Уже не испульзя эту программу.
