this is spot on! if someone says this after defeating you, just remind yourself “it’s just a game, don't sweat it, just an ingame defeat”
speaking of games, i was part of the beta for Aion Riftshade and wow, it totally transforms the experience. can't wait for Q1 2026 launch and see more players join this balanced and bug-free server. just amazing fun without the P2W nonsense!

Personally, I think players who do that often feel frustrated (with bad gear or constantly dying solo to bots). Even those who type such things post-kill fit the same mold. They're just trying to vent their frustrations.
I've got some players in the opposite faction who feel practically ecstatic when they take me down (I don’t get why, as I'm generally not aggressive) especially after rallying a group of friends to help. It’s usually the poor soul who inflicts the least damage that channels their frustration into typing "noob" in chat.

A lot of these people who trash talk think they’re pvp gods so they get mad when you kill them, even though the logic of “I’m the best but you killed me so you’re a noob” makes no sense.
Skill in Aion doesn’t really matter anymore. With the unbalanced classes and ridiculous gear gap it’s hard to understand how some people can even take Aion pvp seriously enough to still get mad

I just do it to certain people because I know it triggers them to no end. Have you ever received hatemail from someone that got so mad he created a character on the same faction as you just to vent? feelsgood.jpeg
