- Check item properties before unlocking standard or premium rewards.
- Quna used to rank up in the Event-Pass or unlock premium rewards cannot be refunded.
- Rewards not received due to unachieved Event-Pass levels during the season cannot be claimed after the season ends.
- Unclaimed rewards from certain Event-Pass levels will be sent via in-game mail after the season.
- The event item: [Event] Halloween Coin will be removed post-event.
