- Before unlocking the standard or premium rewards, review the attributes of the items.
- Quna used for leveling in the Event Pass or unlocking premium rewards cannot be refunded.
- Rewards not obtained due to unmet Event Pass levels during the current season cannot be claimed post-season.
- Rewards not claimed after reaching certain Event Pass levels will be sent via in-game messages after the season concludes.
