From the 7th of April, you'll experience an exciting revamp of Veteran Rewards. Out with the old, in with enticing new rewards to keep things fresh!

Rest assured, your currently earned rewards are safe. Ensure they're assigned if not already. Even after the revamp, up to 8 characters can still snag the updated rewards, including those who've cashed in before.

REMINDER: The elite level items and exclusive items in the allocation menu will not disappear. However, all the current veteran rewards in the allocation menu, will disappear tomorrow when we update the system. As mentioned before, make sure allocate the ones you want to use by then.

Unfortunately, the update is taking more time than anticipated. The system is processing the changes and new rewards are being added. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to speed up the process. Due to the enormous amount of items and accounts involved, it will most probably take a few more days. We will let you know about the progress and will confirm when it is completely done.
