IMPORTANT – MIGRATED ACCOUNTS:

• Some accounts have proceeded with a migration request early during the maintenance today but due to some unexcepted technical issues, some of those accounts might not be able to access the game. We are still working on this issue and will fix it as soon as possible. All accounts doing the migration from now on should not encounter any issue.

STEAM:

• Due to the current migration of AION Live to our Gameforge client, the Steam login is not available for now. You are still able to launch the game with the AION standalone client using your AION account username and password (the game will guide you through linking your AION account to a new or existing Gameforge account). We will inform you on our usual platforms once the Steam linking / game access will be available. Once you migrate your account to the Gameforge client, you won't be able to use that specific account with STEAM anymore.

Known issues :

Broker : the amount of items you can add is now restricted. The issue is known and being investigated.

If you get a message “Error: 1024” or a “sendlog” or a DLL file missing.or a client language issue: Please use the repair client function on the side menu next to the play button.

In case of a sendlog if the repair doesn’t work, please contact our support team so that we can gather logs for our technical team.

If you get a message “Game not available for you/red bar” => Please contact the AION support.

If you can’t open the shop in the game: It is related to the migration that was done too early too. We are working on fixing that.

• We have implemented a fix today allowing most of the accounts that were blocked at the loading screen to be able to join the game.
• The shop should also be now available for all users.
• Steam account migration will need a bit more time to be available for all users. We will inform you as soon as possible.

• If you are still experiencing some issues to migrate your account, you can also try to reset your old AION game password in the following page: https://account-aion.gameforge.com/en-GB/account"
• Use your old aion account name and reset your old aion account password.
• Once it's done, please proceed with the migration / add your AION game account to your Gameforge account
