IMPORTANT – MIGRATED ACCOUNTS:

• Some players attempted to migrate their accounts during today's maintenance and due to unforeseen technical glitches, some accounts may currently be unable to access the game. The team is actively resolving the issue and aims to rectify it promptly. Any accounts completing the migration henceforth should not face any hindrances.

STEAM:

• Owing to the ongoing transfer of AION Live to the Gameforge client, Steam access is temporarily unavailable. Nonetheless, you can still initiate the game with the standalone AION client using your AION username and password (the game will assist you in linking your AION account to a fresh or existing Gameforge account). Updates regarding Steam connection/access will be shared on our regular channels. Once you've migrated your account to the Gameforge client, that particular account will no longer be compatible with STEAM.

Recognized problems:

Broker: the number of items you can list is now limited. The problem is noted and under investigation.

If you encounter an “Error: 1024” message, a “sendlog,” or a missing DLL file, or experience a client language issue: Try using the repair client feature located in the menu adjacent to the play button.

If a sendlog persists and repair does not resolve it, please reach out to our support team so we can collect logs for our technical crew.

If you see a “Game not accessible for you/red bar” message => Contact the AION support.

If you can’t access the in-game shop: This issue is linked to the premature migration. We're working to fix it.
