We received reports regarding problems with the progress of the Hero Trials quests. The team is currently investigating and we will let you know as soon as we have an update on that topic. Since the problem is known and being checked, it is not necessary anymore to create support tickets to report it.

• Hero Trials changes:
  • The Quest Hunting Wadren Surama will be removed. The rewards will be handed over via survey in-game (The first survey will contain double the amount of items to cover for last week's issues)
  • The quests [Account] Atreia’s Hunter Part 1 and [Account] Atreia’s Hunter Part 2 will be extended by a week and end on 22.12 instead of 15.12 to give you more time to be able to complete them. (This will also be the case for the second part of the event).

  
  

The 2nd part of the hero trials are running from 22.12 until 12.01.

• The Open world drop will start again on 29.12 until 12.01
