With the latest update, tons of new adventures await you in the Apheta Beluslan Fortress! The battle between Elyos and Asmodians rages on, and you’re stuck right in the middle of it. Read on to learn what to expect in the fortress in the latest update!
How to Reach the Apheta Beluslan Fortress
Elyos can reach Apheta Beluslan through the Eos Portal in Inggison, while Asmodians should use the Minox Portal in Gelkmaros. You cannot miss the imposing fortress in the northwest of the region.
New Challenges on the Battlefield
The Balaur have captured the Apheta Beluslan Fortress and will do everything in their power to defend it. Meanwhile the Daevas of both factions know the strategic importance of this impressive stronghold, and will equally do their utmost to wrest it from the clutches of the Balaur!
In doing so, there are new challenges to master and tons of tactical options to take into consideration when drawing up your battle plans, as the Apheta Beluslan Fortress has some surprises in store. For one thing, the fortress features two artefacts: the Inspiring Cheer and the Flaming Smashing Strike. Activate them before the battle to benefit from a buff!
On the other hand, more creative Daevas have far more options available when it comes to getting inside the fortress, apart from simply smashing down the door. The impressive construction is located in an area of vigorous geothermal activity – hot geysers bursting from the depths of the earth can fill the wings of more daring attackers and give them the lift they need! But they’ll need to pay attention not to land in the scalding hot lava flowing round about. In addition, the Balaur architects have hardly had any time to repair all the defences properly since the last Daeva attack. Maybe there’s a weakness somewhere?
Anyone who considers that using these unconventional methods would simply not be cricket can also just try their luck in storming the main gate head on. There are a total of three gates to overcome, with each one of them being defended by powerful Balaur who would rather die than admit their failure to Tiamat. Whoever manages to battle their way past these obstacles will then have to face the fortress’ guardian general. He’s understandably none too impressed by the appearance of intruders, and will stop at nothing to halt your progress!
Once you manage to take him down, you can enjoy Abyss points and Ebony Gold Medals equal to your rank in reward for your bravery, and you can enter the new instances of Tartarus and Wall of Lament far more easily!
