Young Daeva Support Chest (Level 1–9)
Make sure to get the right support for your grand adventures between 23rd April (9 AM) and 28th May (8:59 AM CEST)! You receive the first Daeva Support Chest via the in-game survey system. Once your character reaches higher levels (20, 30, 40, 50 and 55), you can open further chests. Check this table for an overview of the contents:

Support for Experienced Daevas (Level 60)
We haven’t forgotten about the more experienced among you, either. Between 23rd April (9 AM) and 7th May (8:59 AM CEST), all level-60 Daevas in Laphsaran can collect the following items via the in-game survey feature:
- 1x [Event] Cube Expansion (can be used max. 2x)
- 1x [Event] Admiral’s Special Support Box
Survey Conditions
- The reward can be collected once per account via the in-game survey function
- The reward can only be collected during the stated period
- All items available from the survey can be neither traded nor sold
- Once collected by a character, the items cannot be transferred to another
