FAQ

Here you can find answers to many questions regarding the server merge.

What happens if a character name is used more than once?

• If two characters have the same name, the one who gets to keep the name is decided by the following criteria:

1. Character level (the higher-level character keeps the name)
2. Activity (logged in during the last 30 days)
3. Playing time
4. Character creation date (the older character keeps the name)
5. If the values of all the rules mentioned are identical, both characters will be renamed.

• Characters who lose their name as a result of the rules above will be automatically renamed, and receive a Name Change Ticket in their inventory.

What will happen to legion names?

• If two legions have the same name, which legion gets to keep the name is decided according to the following criteria:

1. Legion level
2. Legion Growth level
3. Number of Growth points
4. Legion creation date

• The legion leader will receive a Legion Name Change Ticket in their inventory for renaming the legion.

What will happen to deleted characters?

• Deleted characters from level 50 will be transferred.
• If you delete all of the characters belonging to one faction so as to only have characters of the other faction, then those deleted characters cannot be restored, even if they were level 50+.

Will there be any changes to my character slots?

• As previously, you can create up to 12 characters per account.

Can I have characters of both factions on one server?

• You can continue to play with all existing characters, irrespective of their faction.
• However, if you would like to create new characters, you will have to decide on a faction.

What will happen to the Global Auction House?

• Any incomplete transactions will be deleted and cannot be restored.

What will happen to the arena seasons?

• As a result of the server merge and the switch to summer time, there will be a break in the Arena of Chaos and Arena of Cooperation.
• We will inform you when the seasons start again.

What will happen to the Tower of Illusion season?

• The current season will end prematurely on 19/03.
• The new season will start on 9/04.

Will there be any impact on my ranking?

• As the server merge takes place between seasons, there will be no impact on the rankings.

What will happen to my account warehouse?

• The account warehouse will be merged for each faction.
• All items in the warehouse will be combined when the servers are merged.
• If any items exceed the warehouse limit, they will become visible as soon as other items are removed.

Will my friends list be transferred?

• Your friends list will be transferred to the new server.
• Cross-server friends will be deleted.

What will happen to my block list?

• Your block list will be transferred to the new server.
• Cross-server entries in the block list will be deleted.

Will existing character restrictions be preserved?

• Yes, existing restrictions (such as mute etc.) will remain unchanged.

What will happen to items that are awaiting collection?

• These items will be transferred to the new server where you can collect them as usual.
