Head over to the Tiarkh Testing Lab or the Chantra Dredgion to find powerful manastones. Take down the Dark Tigers roaming around to loot [Event] Manastone: Resist Magic +14!
You’ll also be rewarded with additional points for the respective instance, plus physical/magical buffs, for killing the Dark Tigers.
