- Review item properties prior to unlocking standard or premium rewards.
- Quna used to unlock premium rewards or progress in the Event Pass is not refundable.
- Rewards not unlocked by reaching necessary Event Pass level cannot be claimed after the season ends.
- Unclaimed rewards after unlocking certain Event Pass levels will be sent via in-game message post-season.
