Notes
During this event, the rewards you can receive for entering the instances listed will be awarded via survey. Please note the following:
- Each survey can only be accepted once per account.
- Please choose carefully which character you wish to receive the items with.
- Each survey is displayed upon entering the respective instances.
- Surveys do not appear if you enter an instance using the integrated server
- Survey can be accepted within one week after being awarded; afterwards they expire.
- All items available from surveys can be neither traded nor sold.
- Items which have been awarded to the wrong character by accident cannot be transferred to other characters or exchanged.
- Surveys appear automatically once you enter the requisite instance. If you close the survey without accepting it, you cannot accept it for the duration of the current instance attempt. You must log in with your character again and re-enter the instance for the survey to reappear.
