Throughout this event, the rewards for entry to the listed instances will be distributed through a survey. Bear in mind the following:
- Each survey may be accepted only once per account.
- Select with care which character you’d like the items awarded to.
- Each survey appears upon entering the respective instances.
- Surveys are unavailable if you enter an instance via the integrated server.
- Surveys can be claimed within one week following award; post this period, they expire.
- Survey items cannot be traded or sold.
- Items mistakenly awarded to the wrong character cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- Surveys are triggered automatically when entering the requisite instance. If dismissed without acceptance, you must log in again and re-enter the instance for the survey prompt to reappear.
